Bacterial dysentery or bacterial infection of the intestines. Diarrhea characterized as frequent liquid stool, often followed by blood and mucus. Diarrhea is caused by colon inflammation, which is consequence of bacterial infection. The most common bacteria that cause these infections are shigella, salmonella and campylobacter. Infection usually happens when eating spoiled food or drinking contaminated water.

Copoculture, stool analysis on parasites and eggs of parasites.
