Dr. Takač gained his first professional experience as a general practitioner in the Psychiatry Department of the General Hospital Subotica, where he worked as a volunteer. Following this, he worked at the Subotica Health Center, including eight months at the Novi Žednik outpatient clinic and regular shifts in the Emergency Service. Upon obtaining a specialization, he secured a permanent position at the Psychiatry Department of the General Hospital Subotica, while also contributing to the Emergency Medicine Department.

He acquired clinical experience as a psychiatry resident with one year at the Clinical Center of Vojvodina and another year at the Clinical Center of Serbia as part of his specialization training.
