Yoga is an ancient practice that originated in India and encompasses physical, mental, and spiritual aspects. It includes techniques such as asanas (body postures), pranayama (breath control), meditation, and ethical principles. Yoga aims to achieve balance, reduce stress, improve flexibility, strengthen the body, and attain inner peace and spiritual development.
